The service and its limits

TrainTrackr AI provides a dated directory of passenger routes, freight networks, tourist railways, and community reports. It is not a live train tracker, dispatch system, operator service, or source of guaranteed current schedules. Check the linked operator source before making travel or safety decisions.

Route information and community posts may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. TrainTrackr does not verify every user report or guarantee access to a listed location.

Accounts and community contributions

Keep your account credentials secure and provide information you are permitted to use. You retain ownership of content you submit and give TrainTrackr permission to store, display, and moderate it as needed to operate the service.

Do not post private personal information, harassment, threats, spam, or instructions that encourage trespass or unsafe behavior. Use the report and block controls when needed. We may hide or remove content that violates the Community Guidelines.

Purchases and termination

TrainTrackr Pro is a one-time digital feature purchase offered through Apple or Google in native apps and through hosted checkout on the website. The applicable store handles payment, refunds, and localized display prices. Access may be removed when a store confirms a refund or reversal.

You may request account deletion in the app or on the Account Deletion page. These terms and all store-specific terms are subject to review by the service owner before publication.
